Well... I'm not using Photoshop truly ^^" I've tried to make the edge a bit blur with the program I use, but all I got is... All of the "yellow police line" is became blur, although not to much ==a So, I decided not to make it blur ^^a

Its a little rough around the edges, pixel smoothness-wise. If you added a moderate blur to the police tape, it would look great. Other than that, its nice and colorful. Very flashy.
