same thing with ecards. it has to be 1024x768.
1024x768 is the only required size. all the other sizes are optional.
what i do is find a picture i like that is 1024x768 and turn it into a wallpaper or i find a picture bigger than that and crop it down to 1024x768. then i add effects and submit it.
