Hm, it sounds that there are many programs out there. Too bad your laptop doesn't want to cooperate with these programs. I would suggest you Gimp, but i already know that you said that you tried that one. Of others there is paint.net, but that one is bad. I am only using him to manipulate the resolutions of pictures. There are also some other ways to use photoshop. xD

You can download adobe photoshop for free for thirty days, and it only takes like 15 minutes... I can teach you how to use it! Or you can use picnik.com or gimp, that's what my friend on Quizilla and one on here said...
