There's so much going on here... poor Chopper's choking (he eats too fast), Nami's trying to break into a suitcase, Brook's (oddly) stretching whatever he has left of his cheeks with doughnuts, Franky's got a ton of doughnuts with him... you definitely can't say that Oda's work lacks details.
