I thought so in the beginning but black ground looks like the shadow of a tree or something on the water(this is only my opinion of course). However, you needn't think about this too much, your walle looks nice anyway.

Personally, i like it. But in my opinion if Lelouch's foots weren't seen, wallie would look better. it looks like he is flying. However, it looks nice.
