It is some times difficult to understand each other. But the way I was brought up was its fine if you ask, as long as you ask politly, and mean no disrespect in the way you ask. But I guess its diffrent in England where your teacher is?

Don;t say "No school for me" or "kind work". In my country, people say "School for everyone" and "Every work is important".
The kid will very happy because you bring candy for them right? Your job is important too, right? Like Lili-san said your job was fun

No I work in a local Candy store. It really fun but the hours are kinda funny. They change depending on holidays for how many people come in or out of the store.
CHINAAAAAAAAAAA!!! chinese food is really good!!! :3 and, no, for anyone who doesn't know, FORTUNE COOKIES ARE NOT CHINESE FOOD. they are american chinese, and wont be found in china. :3 china looks like he's going to do the lion dance!!! >.<
oh, you are working in a company, huh? . I'm 18 years old. But I doesn't get job. My parent want me to concentrate in studying. Because my job is dangerous. . If I get a mistake, I will kill the patient.

And i'm sorry. I just ment that your studying for a job where you help people with physical illness. Like a doctor does.
