I adore the grunge work. It's so well done and the textures and colors work perfectly.
I'm not sure of the font you used. I mean, it's not grungy enough to fit the whole mood of the wallpaper.
Other than that, this is a gorgeous wallpaper, the contrast between Rei's hair and the background is fantastic.

Oh well it turned out great with time against me (father wakes up for 3am) even tho I could have saved it for tomorrow for playing with my tablet or so but I have no regrets about it.

I don't know, if you used a scan or a vector, but the quality is great ^^ You used beautiful Brushes and Textures and the combination of colours is just awesome ♥ They fits the main picture very well ^^ And the question "Where Am I?" is a great idea. It fits your playing with the colours ^^

I love the grungy background, it emphasizes her cute, non-textured face and hair. The image is too saturated in the lower part, that blue-ish purple part, it's too bright and too much compared to the rest of the well balanced colors.
