Oh my gosh ... I have no idea how on earth you did this wallpaper! O.O It's just so magnificent and wow. Usually I don't think anime pictures work well with more realistic backgrounds, but this one does!! It's just, so beautiful.

I really don't think you should of added anything else. Because how I view the wallpaper is they're not standing on the water, just that is what it looks like when they are being inspirational. So adding a reflection would of been like they were standing on the water and I wouldn't liked that as much. It's like they're imagning the scenery, so they're not really there. If any of that makes sense. XD
At first I didn't notice they were walking on the water, but then I looked closer and realized it. I was going to suggest that it looked kinda weird with them just being smack dab in the middle of the image, but no, it's all good now. The image is beautiful and strong. All those clouds, wow!
I know, that ripple did my head in XD it started out a very VERY deep blue, I just gave up trying to make it fit after a while... >.< Thanks for the comment~!

nice wallpaper, I'm not a fan of mixing real life photos with anime though.
I would suggest adding a reflection of the girls & perhaps making the ripple less green/dirty gray (not sure what color that is ^^;). Other than that, it looks pretty great I love how they're both looking up into the sky. =3

What a beautiful background! Wow, you found a lovely stock photo, and the textures you added make it even better. :) I think it's a great idea with them on the lake/ocean, but I agree that something is still off. I like how you changed the colors on Minagi, but Michiru's hair definitely seems TOO red. Hmm...something to make them connect more with the bg would be having a reflection of them in the water. :3 So like...duplicate them, flip it, and lower the opacity. It might work! So there's my constructive criticism. XD It's a beautiful wall though~~ I'm glad your laptop didn't crash through it!! <3
