First of all, I like what you did here, especially the arches which kind of remind me of stained glass, what with all the flowery shapes. Nice detail!
Second, the placement of the silhouettes also looks good and helps with the balance of the wallpaper, not to mention the fact that I like their poses (particularly the way Lelouch's clothes can be seen).
However, I don't understand the background. Maybe you going for something vibrant and expressive, but I get the feeling that it's just chaotic, from the use of complimentary colors (green and purple). I think you should tone down either the purple near the top part of the right arch, or the green (leaving only subtle hints, because only purple would be monotonous).
And lastly, I think the decorations would look much better if you applied a Sharpen filter to them. As in, the rest of the wall is crisp and they are soft and blurry, so they should fit in more.
Finally, I think this work has great potential and it would look much better if you tweaked it a bit. No major changes involved here ^^
These being said, I liked seeing something less ordinary from Code Geass (that is, C.C. not showing her boobs or butt); good luck on your future works d^_^b
