it is ash, not red there are 2 diffrent mangas with somewhat of the same story line. red and ash look the same as well so some times its hard to tell whos who. :)
LOL, yeah. My first pokemon game was gold, and it was a glitched one. Not in a bad way though, because you could clone pokemon. But then... We got a pokemon who's appearance was of Suicune, but it was actually a paras.

Actually it's not Red from the Manga either. It's 'Trainer Red' from Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow.
