I have no doubt that Naruto will become the 6th Hokage of Konoha, it's in his blood, just like how Tsunade is the grand-daughter of the 1st Hokage and the Grand-Niece of the 2nd Hokage(the 1st and 2nd are Brothers in case you didn't know) that

And it's no secret that Naruto is the Son of the 4th Hokage, you can see resemblance between the 2, only differance is the Whiskers on Naruto's face(but, that's because of the Kyuubi), and the 4th showed up in Naruto's soul after Naruto went nuts and almost went full Kyuubi mode(6 tails btw) after Hinata was almost killed by Pein, telling Naruto(Star Wars joke coming up in 3... 2... 1)"I am your Father" before repairing the seal(sorry for the spoilers in case you didn't catch that chapter)
