HAHAHA....I ... MADE the background....BWAHAHAHA! well I got help from a cloud backing I found...but made the rest with the use of brushes...which I'm starting to really get the feel for! XD
Wow! The effect is so cool. I really don't know how to make such effect. I like your wallpaper. Daisuke and Dark is really cool. You've done a really great job here.
