First of all, this is such a creative wallpaper. I like the border u put for this wall, the flower on the back, and the texture you use for the b/g. However, there are somethings I think this wall may improve. I think putting a texture over the character's faces is not a great ideal.

This is really cute! I love the stationary effect ^_^
Oh, and all I would do to improve it is, well see how sakura's face is clean and bright, I would have done the same for syaoran.
I think it turned out much better than 'okay'! *hugs* You have such creativity and it really shows in your wallpapers. This one is simply lovely (the edges are probably my favorite) ^__^ Terrific job!

I suppose I do sort of see why you wanted green and purple textures, sorry I wasn't a ton of help. Hmm, one of the first things I thought was the blend isn't great..but it's kinda hard to blend reality with anime characters. Nice how you tried to put them against the flower^-^ Overall I think it's nice though not great, and I know it was quicker than some of your better ones.
