i just used some filters and tweaked it in photoshop, and i got it from some local anime magazine.
oh, and about the tablet? i really dont have enough money for one at the moment...
P/S : i still feel that this wallie is crappy for me, because i kinda deviates from my original plans for this..... (next, DGM!!!!!)
