This is just a theory...but try clicking on the text layer, and using the edit to "Stroke outline the pic" or something to that effect. >.< I will have to look again...but then u'd be able to choose colors...

Yeah...you'll totally have a blast with it! lol. I like playing with effects on the Text too. Using black strokes for a light color and then using Plastic or glow! lol.
Aha! So you highlighted around the words right? Nice, it makes them pop out more. Sometimes it's super hard to find a color that comes out of the background. I've been trying dif methods when it comes to that!
