OMG! Bobobo-bo-bobo!! lol. I loved that show...you literally NEVER knew what they would do next!! lol, I loved the fusion...it was alwayz a riot. One of my faves was Mr. BoJiggler. lol He had tons of weaponry, and would kick ur butt preaching PEACE!

Bebop is barely random, I mean, it had SOME story, it was just fifty stories crammed into one, like a bad version of Baccano. The most random anime I've ever seen is Bobobo (which I love).
