Ahaha ! I didnt use anything special. Just AdobePhotoshopCs2. That water is from a 3d picture. I only copy n move it. Then blending it, also add some blur. n add L.
The real picture is the water in the center. In front of L.
I copy it (part by part), flip it on vertical n horizontal, also change the size. Thats all.
