this one is actually from a site but i didn't copy-paste exactly, i edited some parts i wrote the site down rite? Well, you can try downloading textures and then edit them a bit, for example changing the color, brightness and contrast, or glowing effect
If I made BGs myself, they are usually from mix of brushes... I added lots of effects... Or you can try mixing shapes, give them different colors, adding different effects, then adjusting them a bit i hope that helps
