Wow, I'm rather new to critiquing art but this is pretty good. I must agree in that the music notes seem a bit odd, particularly near the first note or two, it seems that the music widens too suddenly offsetting the impression of music flowing out of his conducting. The little bubble-things outlining him is really cool though!
