Aethereality is the best place ever for graphics and resources~~ YAY. :D Hehe. I think this one is cool! yes!! It isn't TOO pink so don't worry. It's more purple than pink. The background compliments the scan well. Good job!

xxxHolic is a series that is sort of a parallel story line to Tsubasa (if you know that series) Card Captors also is mentioned sometimes (characters like Clow Reed appear).
It follows the life of the Space/Time Witch (the older woman on your wallpaper) and a high school boy who had to sign his life over to her in return for help. He works at her shop trying to repay his debt.
It's a fairly clever series, but it's really really scary and sort of depressing. I like some of the characters, but I don't usually recommend it to people.
Oh, and the other girl in your wallpaper is Sakura, but from another dimension. She's actually the main character in Tsubasa.

What is xxxholic about? I have no clue XD I have never read it... Does it carry on from some other series? The characters look familiar... The girl looks like an older version of Sakura from the card-captors thing...
I think the pink looks really nice. It's almost more like a really light violet. The texturing you did is very lovely. Wow, it's been a long time since I've read xxxHolic (I'm easily scared so I sort of stopped reading it) But your wallpaper of it is very pretty!
Aww wow I think you did a lovely job wit this. Especially with the background. Uhh and I am not a big fan of pink either but it is actually rather subtle here and not at all in your face, that and it is easily matched by the black making it a perfect balance. I am glad to hear that you are chuffed with it too and look forward to seeing your next creation ~ Monster hugs ~

I love Tsubasa^^ And Sakura is always just so cute! Her and Syaoran are like, the cutest people evar. lol.
I think you did a fantastic job with this wallpaper^^ I'm not a major fan of lots of pink either and I really like this.
