Ooooh I like the background, I like the little flowers at the sides, and the swirly yellow stuff ^_^ and the picture of the girl is indeed very beautiful, you find very nice things to use! ♥
Very lovely wallpaper, I like the effects you used for the background. It does look a bit cluttered, with the character having a lot of detail and all, maybe it would be better if you made the background of a lighter color so you can draw attention to her.
Oh, and the artist is Green Glass (or Tukiji Nao, if you prefer this version)
