Ok ok ok ok.... ok this is just GORGEOUS! It's so beautiful. This is a wallpaper I'd have up on everysingle... thing that allows a wallpaper. It's just so pretty! I mean that too.
Wow, now this left be speechless... It's absolutely, positively gorgeous! The soft atmosphere is perfect! At first, I thought she was drawn by someone (like Chen Shu Fen draws semi-realistic women)! I haven't heard of that anime, but it sounds good.
Oh, you sure did succeed in creating a dreamy and calm work of art :] Well worth the time spent on it!

This wallpaper is very pretty. I love how the light colors match the girl. The wallpaper gives you a feel of peace, calm, and serenity. ^^ The plants are a nice touch to the wallpaper. Well, you did a great job overall. Keep up the fantastic work.

Hai, it is pretty :3 =]. I haven't done a scenery wallpaper in a while either, but I just did one =]. I'm about to submit it now. Anyways back on the wallpaper ^^; I really like the soft and sublime colors you used, it matches so well with the scan. The plants are also nice, but I'm not sure if I understand the railing ^^; where are those found? I can't picture the place where she is, but it is nice...I know I have seen it somewhere but I can't put my finger on it XD.
Nevertheless, it's great :D
