To change your icon, you go to the backroom option and find a profile option. After that go to profile and then you'll get a thing where you can upload your own avatar. They have to be 100x100 and they can be PNG,JPG,or GIF formats. Find an 100x100 avatar on the internet and save it and then you can upload it as your avatar. Hopefully this helps.
