Wow, I like it! Rain-themed wallpapers don't usually come out well, but yours is an exception from that "rule". I like how she looks, so sad and all, with the fog around her.
Mwahaha I can spot the small blue outlines! :3 No problem though, you have to look really hard to find them.

Good job! Thank you! Wow, you did just what i asked. :3 I like it, and yeah, about those rough extraction lines, you should use the blur tool around those edges! That should make them look a bit better...or if you're really patient, use a tiny eraser and zoom in, going around them. The pic could've been a bit clearer, but I think it's good since she IS in the rain after all! ^_^ Good job again!
