I love it, especially the colors. Orange, yellow, brown, black and white too. The font fits the wallpaper well too.
Flipping Near upside down...I think it makes the wallpaper look really cool. It's sorta like a ...contrast...sorta. I'm not very familiar with Death note characters, but I think they looks great.
I also love the background. Are there golden...things around the edges? Wow..I didn't even notice it until now. It looks great. Nice glow effects too.
