Wow!! I LOVE THIS WALLPAPER!! Its so bright and the all of the shades of blues are so beautiful! I have seen this image before and I have always thought it was adorable, but never seen a wallpaper out of it. =3 I love it a lot! Thank you for making such a lovely wallpaper Kelsey^^

I remember that PNG, I was too lazy to download it XD Your version came out way better than mine would've, I assure you ^_^ I like the background, it's simple yet reveals a lot of elements, upon a closer look. The colors aren't too disturbing and the brushes are well-placed. But I am a critic, and I will suggest something: fade a portion of the dress in the lower left corner, so it would seem like she's blending with the background ^_^ It's not really that important, so don't let that get in the way. As usual, good and lovely work! Looking forward to seeing more wallpapers from you ^_^ *hugs*

Cutesy wallpaper =]. The brigth blue colors match well with the girl and also the font gives a nice lovable feeling to the whole wallpaper. Fonts have great impact on a wallie, it mostly defines the mood of the whole wallpaper, and you did a nice job with that =]. Heh, I think you don't need me as a sensei anymore, you have found your creativity and skills to make great wallpapers ^^.
