Wow...I know Mello, and I am not very fond of him..Especially after he gets burned..this is a good wallpaper....It really stands out! ^^ I like the grungy effect you used!

Wow! This must've taken some time. I thought he might be from DEathNote. I really like the red and black colors. That saying of chocolate under his name was pretty neat too. DarkxBlood is right, this is one of the best Mello wallpapers I have ever seen! Too bad there aren't many of him around, especially from the manga (he looks too girly in the anime @_@).
