I've been downloading and following the fansubs for a couple years now, and wow, episode 39 sounds like so long ago. (The fansub that I just downloaded was 131 & I'm always asking the employees at this local anime store, "Is Bleach really that popular?" lol) Love the show tho, and thanks for the compliments. I must admit tho, the show is filled with so many good characters, but my two favs (not insult to Ichigo--he's cool too, lol) are Hitsugaya & Ishida. This is one of those times where I have a hard time choosing between the two intriguing characters. And yeah, I had fun with the pun re: Hitsugaya's height. Actually started working on the wallpaper earlier, but couldn't get it to gel, until the day I made this, when the idea all came together beautifully. lol, that seems to happen to me often tho--I have probably half-a-dozen Bleach wallpapers that haven't gelled yet, lol. Thanks! So glad you liked it. I had fun with this one...lol, I ended up staying up til 7am-ish, cause I really wanted to get this done. And probably also was the first time all day when I really was able to enjoy anything--have been fighting an ugly migraine all weekend. :# Although right to the last, I kept questioning whether the piece would have been better without the bleach bottle/box added. But they really seemed to help balance out the piece, where it wasn't beforehand. And of course, adding that bit of humor was fun too. I don't know why I never did it before--maybe because, when I was doing more Kenshin stuff, the subject matter was a tad more serious. Or maybe I'm just becoming a tad less serious, lol. The more stress I deal with in my daily life, the more I find myself joking to cope and keep my spirits up.
