You go to your Otaku Backroom. It's just a plain page, with like blue white black and red. On the left side of your screen there's a navigation table thing and it should have the following headers Myotaku.com, community, my account, and then some other things. But the headers are bolded and in black and below the My account header, it should say words that are like underlined, like My Site, Edit Picture, edit profile, and edit styles. Click Edit picture. Now it's just a matter of finding a pic you like, saving it to your computer, and then loading it onto the site. I'm not good at explaining things but I hoped that helped a little?
