Beautiful image of Sakura, very nice lighting effects. As for the text, perhaps "Flakes of Memories (or Memory)" or even just simply "Sakura" or "Tsubasa" might make the space seem less empty.

I think, you can write something like "Sakura... Snow maiden is in snow world"

[ wallpaper description: ] Sakura Snow Maiden --------------------------- I kept the editing very subtle, changed the colours a bit so the night was darker, and her dress was really white. I only used a few brushes, some include the cloudy one in the bottom right hand corner, and some snowflakes in the top left hand. It does look like there is an empty white area in the bottom right corner. Maybe I could put some writing, but i just don't know what to write!
