It's your rank after a while you'll get a + added to the end and then you'll be able to do more stuff, then anouther + and then i think you go to senior? I'm not sure about that though.

Oh and one tip with posting your stories, it might be a good idea to post them chapter by chapter, or in lengths that people can read in one sitting. I know from experiance that people can get scared off if they see lots and lots of writting. XD
