Go to the backroom, highlight "Worlds" on the top and select Create a World. There fill that out and later you can do things like "Introduction" and "Edit Designs" to spice it up. Then for post, go to the backroom, highlight Post and Select "Add Post" and there you can choose which world you created so far for it to show up from and fill out the post and such! Hope that helps you out!
