Hello there ^^ welcome to theOtaku! I hope you have fun, this place has become my home on the internet for the past couple of years now. If you would like help with wallpapers I can lend a hand. That was one of the things I wanted to do when I joined.
The first thing you will need is a program such as Photoshop, or GIMP. Gimp is free to download, so perhaps you can start with that?! I use Gimp, if you like you can take a peek at my portfolio ^^
