It is true that life can be ridiculously unfair to some people but at the same time the fact that you have been through the bad stuff is what makes you stronger! Life tried to tie you down but you kicked its ass and stood up against the world! And you know what else - you said that only you were the boss of your life and you won! You beat those attacks! You may think Im strong but hey I think youre strong too! :D

Another way to look at it is that the people who experience the bad things in life learn to appreciate the good things more. Like making a friend online smile after they have just been through a really rough day for instance ;D When you said that it made me happy ^_^

While my life has certainly been a roller-coaster of fun, and even though it took many years, I eventually learned to look back on it all and just laugh at my stupid ass! We learn from our past experiences both the good and the bad, its what it means to be human, the only thing you can do is make sure you learn from your experiences so that years later you can look back and think 'Aw man I really said that?! Ha! Im such an idiot!' XD
Dont get me wrong I have more medical issues than a medical dictionary, Ive literally lost count of how many different medical tests I have been through, an extremely disfunctional family, a permanent psych record (because of my previous post), a restraining order against a very violent exboyfriend, a very demanding and stressful job, and mate thats just the top of list! And you know what Im gonna do about it? Sit back, relax, watch anime, write stories about sexy men in suits, and just enjoy the ride! :3

I enjoy making people smile more than anything else - so if I can make you smile after what you have been through than I definitely consider that a win ^_^

You take good care of yourself now mate. Even though its really hard the best thing to do is to try and focus on the positives and the things that do make you happy (like me! XD) because if you do have another attack and you cant find your way out, well lets just say it might not end well (and you can trust me on that one Many years ago each time I had an attack I would try to kill myself). I really hope that it wont ever ever EVER happen again but if it does you should really ask for help because unfortunately its not the type of thing that goes away by itself!

Sorry, I can't reply there because of the 6 replies rule, but I really appreciate your kind words and *hugs back*...Ikr, it was the MOST horrible feeling...I felt like I would never be able to eat or clean or do anything coherent in my life again! And idk how I got back up again, it took mounds of convincing from my brain, no thanks to my family and today I feel LOADS better, it's like I never had a breakdown!
