Yes of course you can^^ At the bottom of the site you'll see a blue side of the page where everything is just click on (Help/FAQ) then you'll see all the questions and awnsers about avatars and quizes and stuff..then Look on the top right of the page you'll see a link that say (Terms of Services) there you'll find all the rules of theO...

Well there is a few mods on this site SunfallE is one of them..If you want to meet all of them just go to the main page and news feed...I hope this helps my friend if you're still a bitt lost just PM me and I'll help you further...
