As in submitting fanart, or putting a pic up in your post? (or do you mean for your avi?) For fanart, go to your backroom, highlight Quick Submit, then select Fan Art. There you put in the title, any tags etc optionally a description, and upload your work. For adding it to your post, you can upload it and use the tag :image: in your post (you can have one of these per post), or there is a button you can press if you have an URL (which you can have up to four of per post). To load an avi, from your backroom highlight Profile and select Avatar.
