welcome to theO i feel ya on that one. a lot of parents feel that being an otaku is just a phase & that you grow out of it. this is sometimes true but most of the time once you become an otaku, you are an otaku for life. hope to see some of your works here. feel free to visit my world if you get the chance

I am shocked to hear that your mum thinks you are childish for loving anime ~ Raises eyebrow ~ I am 21 and I would be offended if someone said that about me. Hell I would just point to my dad and grin because he loves anime and is in his 40s lol!
