Nice.. You have good taste in artists. I believe you'll develop a good eye over time if you keep your sights on those two. I recommend looking also at these two artists: Feonalily and Saiyukiluver.
Feonalily is a wonderful illustrator and by far the best I've seen on this site with colored pencils. Her hand is amazing. Saiyukiluver is a person that seems pretty far down the line of art using Photoshop. That person's submission are nothing short of spectacular. Reengirl and MagicRinger are also two well-known artists on his site. I am a fan of their works myself. :d
