It's hard to say just one being the best Anime ever as there's lots sharing the same level of storytelling excellence. For example, "Gundam", "Macross", and "Robotech" are considered to share the same level of excellence, and heck, they're so far amoung the most popular franchises so far in Anime history, and they're still popular after all those years.

Anyways, Welcome aboard!

WELCOME Naruto is the most popler(I can't spell) Bleach is second in the same terms. I like FullMetal Alchemist(FMA), Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, Bleach, Vampire Knight, Yu-Gi-Oh subbed, Fruits Basket, and Ouran high School Host Club. I hope this helps.

Welcome to the O!!! There really isn't a "best anime". There's just your favorite one, which in my case is the awesome ONE PIECE. It really depends on you, do you like shojo or shonen or maybe both?
