On the World, right? Go to the backroom and highlight Worlds and select Create Worlds. There you fill out the page, I think you can make up to 4 or 5 worlds. Then you can select Introduction or Edit Designs under Worlds to put stuff on top of the page and set the color scheme/background and such. Then you can add post/journal/stories by highlighting Post and select Add Post.
