As in pictures in your post on your world or like fanarts? For fan arts and wallpapers, I have more detail on my Big Sis World, but to put it simply, go to Quick Submit in your backroom and select Fan Art or what you want to upload. For the intro of your world or for posts on your world, there is and image tag (w/o the spaces~ : image : ) that you put in the body and below is a place where you browse for a picture. In posts, you can have 4 more with the [ IMG ] tag that comes up when you click the picture icon above where you're typing the post. You can host those pictures on a site like imageshack.us or photobucket and get the direct link url to put there. I hope that makes sense and helps ^^
