See A Kitty, Plant A Tree
As if there weren't already enough Hello Kitty items floating around Japan, Sanrio decided to add one more, if only for a limited time. The company is celebrating its 50th anniversary and in honor of that, they erected a 30-foot statue of Hello Kitty in Odaiba, Tokyo, complete with fountain and laser light show, which will be on display until August 22. But the statue has a double purpose, as it also promotes urban tree planting. Some way to multitask. Source Link
