yay! theyre in the Guinness World Record Book! I always knew yugioh was something special! i love the game, series, and mange! its awesome!
good for you yugioh! :D

A while ago, I thought the "Magic" card game would get this world record, seeing that it's been releasing new crad items for a very long time, even long before Manga series "Yu-Gi-Oh!" spanned a card game. Oh well!

It' obvious they've used The Catapult Turtle Flying Castle Gambit on Guinness to achieve the record. Still, this is undeniable proof that ~~Duel Monsters~~ a children's card game is SERIOUS BUSINESS!!

I honestly don't know how exactly this happened. I suppose there are just enough Yu-Gi-Oh obsessed fanboys and, god forbid, fangirls who love Yu-Gi-Oh enough to buy every Yu-Gi-Oh card they can to achieve this. I have only seen a few episodes my self, most of them being the one's in the Yu-Gi-Oh GX season, and let me tell you, they are freakin ridiculous. I wonder why they are so very muscular and never get roid rage (lol). Anyway, yeah, to all you Yu-Gi-Oh otakus, I tip my hat to you for sticking with this god awful mess that Yu-Gi-Oh has become for so long.

That's strange...since it wasn't even the first. What made is so popular? It's just based off of Magic the Gathering, and is practically an anime version of Magic the Gathering...(Also strange, is that I've had tons of pokemon cards, but I've never had a Yu-gi-oh card).

'nyways, congratulations for them, even though I think that Magic the Gathering or Pokemon should be the people to be breaking that record...
