Uh, well, I think I'll have to disagree A LITTLE with you. Yes, I think it's wrong for someone to like something then start disliking it JUST because it became popular. Totally agree with that. But on the other hand, like Sangome said, there are people like me that originally did like it then began to dislike it not because it was popular. I decided I didn't like it anymore once I saw the actors for the movie. They totally ruined how I had imagined all of the characters! As a matter of fact I actually imagined them all as anime/manga/cartoon characters in my mind as I read the series:

Edward: Leon/Squall from KH manga
Bella: Dunno who, just in a manga style
Jacob: Joseph from King of the Hill
Emmett: Jirobo from Naruto (which I still love! )
Rosalie: Princess Peach

And I can't even remember the others at this point. So, yeah. Not all of us are hypocrites, kay? I didn't mean any of that in a mean way, I just want to defend the people like me who aren't hypocrites who may have interpretted your post the wrong way!

Really? I read the series before it was cool and was looked down on at school for doing so. Then it became popular and the movie was going to be released and I decided I didn't like it anymore cuz the actors/Edward was too ugly. Then I got looked down on (mostly by snobby preps who thought they were emo for reading a "vampire" book)for NOT liking the series. Now the preps are gonna THINK they're anime/manga nerds for reading the manga.

I'll start a train to Neptune if the Mars one fills up. It's nice and blue there.
