And technically speaking, going into the server and getting the episodes would be hacking. A very basic, low difficulty hacking, but hacking nonetheless. I really think it's about time that people get off FUNimation's case about this.

I have to agree with Aceburner, at least they figured out NOT to upload their episodes so far ahead of time...
