A live-action Beck sounds interesting. I am also wondering what they will do with the dog. I hope they stick to his original design, at least. I don't think it would be the same if they alter Beck...
Eh, I can see them improvising by using a regular dog, or perhaps find one with unusual markings; they've changed things before with other live-action adaptions and this would be no different. I've noticed that a lot of live-actions tend to stay away from CG, maybe it is the budget? I dunno. . .Anyway, I'm interested in how they'll recreate Beck.

Either CG or painted/dyed to look like Beck. Get a white dog, and dye its fur. But if they did that, they would need to watch out for PETA, because "its offensive and cruel. . ."

If nothing else, this story should have a really easy transition from manga to live-action.
