Sorry, I mistyped. What I meant to say was it's been confirmed that there is 28 eps, and at least half of that is rerun and that there is speculation that the 2nd half might also be rerun. Nobody yet has any idea what the 2nd half will consist of. The only thing we know for sure is that the first episode was a rerun, but in a different order than the original 2006 release.

No, it's already been confirmed that they are planning on running it twice back-to-back. Sorry, but unless the production studio is punking everyone, there is no new haruhi yet.
