Is the feature going to be different from the usual monthly features? Will each feature have the questions for each artist as usual or not?

Good question. I'm assuming because each post will contain multiple features, that those featured before well be allowed to be featured again, as it's more of a friend holiday gift thing rather than the usual formal interviews. :)

Question: If there are going to be multiple features, does that affect who can be nominated? I mean, if they were already featured for a month, can they be featured again for a week (or however long the features will be)?
