Okay, I missed the first round, but I made it for the 2nd. With that in mind, I'm very surprised that neither Evangelion nor Madoka Magica are anywhere to be seen. In any case, there are other worthy candidates in there, such as FMA, GITS, and Cowboy Bebop. Plus, there's some interesting dark horses in there as well, such as Princess Jellyfish, Paranoia Agent, and Kill la Kill.
Looking at the ones that were eliminated, I realize that I've never even HEARD of Natsu no Arashi. I hate to sound critical, but I'm starting to wonder about the methods of how the original list was compiled.
