Sorry for the late comment x3 I wasn't able to comment on theO for the longest time... I think the anime character who eats the most is HINATA FROM KAICHOU WA MAID SAMA! :D and he's cute too :3 lol

It's all about the magical girls. Sailor Moon, Lina Inverse, Miaka (from Fushigi Yugi), Hikaru from Magic Knight Rayearth, Mai from My-Hime, Momoko from Wedding Peach, etc. could all pack away mountains of food.
And although the Cowboy Bebop gang usually doesn't have food, when they do, they pack it away!

Naruto and Choji came to mind... But also Snorlax!:P I don't know if you'd count him as a character, but he sure can eat!XD //old school Pokemon. Yeah.

The most gluttonous anime character from my experience would have to be Lina Inverse of Slayers.

Gluttony comes to mind.

But for those comedic characters: Luffy, Allen Walker, Yako from Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, Hunny senpai from OHSHC(He'd eat more pies, cookies and cakes though)

The first I think of is Allen Walker. XD That kid can't stop eating! Or OBVIOUSLY Gluttony from FMA. XD

Calories don't seem to exist in Anime. Your amount of importance to the story often relates to your appetite. Like Krillin hes not as important as Goku so he doesnt eat as much. As a matter of fact supporting characters don't even need food to survive it seems.

Well, I can't say I know the "most" gluttonous, but when you talk about gluttony, Luffy, Grinpatch (and a few other characters from Toriko), and FMA's Gluttony all come to mind. Oh yeah, and Usopp from that bit in the Bowin Archipelago when he got fat, but he was only like that at the time because the island was weird.
